If glass bottles are required for sampling, an adsorption tank should be added to absorb the volatilized gas from the liquid and reduce harm to the human body. Take the liquid closed sampler with nitrogen purge and steam tracing as an example. The closed sampler adopts the design of valve pipe fittings behind the panel, so that the operator and the valve pipe fittings are separated by the stainless steel operation panel, reducing the size. Damage to sampling operators due to leakage, high pressure, and high temperature. The medium enters the sampling system from the inlet flange, and flows back to the loop pipeline from the outlet to circulate in the system to keep the sample in the sampler fresh, which is representative.

After cycling for a period of time, open the three-way valve to the sampling position for sampling, observe the liquid level in the glass bottle, and close the valve when the sampling volume is reached. Turn on the nitrogen valve for purging. In the purging process, the residual liquid is blown into the glass bottle, and after being processed by the gas adsorption tank, it is discharged to the venting pipeline or the designated processing pipeline. After purging, pull out the glass bottle from the double needle on the sampling module. The sampling bottle has a special gasket. After the sampling bottle is pulled out, the self-sealing effect can be achieved. There is no leakage conclusion. The company's closed sampler is used. And the use effect is good.
